CSV option missing from Bulk Send on Team Pro account

It's possible I missed something, somewhere, but...

 

I upgraded from the Personal Pro to Team Pro account specifically to gain access to the CSV powered Bulk Sending option... But when I click the tile for Bulk Send or follow the option through the Windows app ... It displays the same screen I had for my Individual account. There is no link, button, or hamburger menu option that I see anywhere to upload my CSV file to handle email and contract filling like the KB screenshots show.

Amy suggestions on what I'm overlooking or how to fix this?

Thank you for reaching out.

 

As mentioned, the option to add CSV files is not available. Is that correct?

Could you please share the steps you do to send the document in bulk? Did you check if you can add the CSV file when sending the document via the Acrobat Online account? Share the Acrobat and OS version on the machine.

If not, log in to https://acrobat.adobe.com/ and go to E-sign. Check if you get the option there.

Have the same question. The Send in Bulk in the documentation states that it has to be "enabled" - but we can't find where. It also says that Send in Bulk with CSV Upload is supported for "Teams, Business, and Enterprise" accounts, yet technical support is trying to tell me that CSV upload is only for Enterprise, and I can't find anywhere in the the documentation that states that restriction.

 

The help documentation is misleading, and seemingly out of date. Can anyone from Adobe follow up and provide the community with the exact steps to enable this feature, instead of asking "What we already tried"?

Twice now I have been on online support chat posing this question and both times they have "Ended the Conversation" without answering the question. The last one just insisted that "Send in Bulk" is only available for Enterprise, which is clearly false. I asked him to provide me a link to the online help or documentation where that was stated, and he ended the conversation. LOL. We pay a small fortune for this product monthly, the support is horrendous.
