Current email address blocked, need new email address in my adobe account

My current email address which is connected to my adobe account is blocked as it was at a former employer, which has been 5 years ago. I have no password.

It is a private account so the bills are withdrawn from my personal credit card.

How can I change the account to my new email address without needing a verification email or log in for my account?

We are sorry to hear about the trouble. Since you no longer have access to the email address linked with your Adobe account and can’t reset the password, you won’t be able to update the email on your own.

The best option here is to get in touch with our billing team here https://adobe.ly/3V9BCxT . They’ll be able to verify your identity (for example, by confirming billing details from your credit card) and then help update your account email to your new one.
