Custom Format Number

Good Evening,

I just can't figure out where I went wrong. I formatted the value through a custom format script. It looks okay in the preview, but when I open the PDF in another PDF reader, it shows so many 0s.

I can't use the format category 'Number' because I encounter an issue where the entered value does not match the format. To eliminate this, I need to use a custom format script.
