Custom page number format in Acrobat?

I'm preppering for a court case and the judge insists on each exhibit being numbered with "Page X of [a total of] Y" (for eaxmple, "Page 3 of 5" on the 3rd page of a 5 page exhibit).  Is here a way to do this?   Thank you!
