Custom page "PDF viewer is not able to display this type of document"

When I open a PDF file,I get this message: "Please wait... If this message is not eventually replaced by the proper contents of the document, your PDF viewer may not be able to display this type of document."

 

Can i customize this file?

If you are getting this message while viewing a pdf in a browser, you are most likely trying to open a Dynamic XFA (XML Form Architecture) PDF. To view such pdf documents, we recommend you to download the file locally and open it either in Adobe Acrobat/Reader DC application.
