Custom scanning sizes

I need to be able to scan an 8.5" x 25" contract. Are form sizes customizable with Adobe?

Printer: Samsung M2885FW

While scanning the document using Adobe Acrobat DC, you may follow these settings for the document customization-

Options for scanning a paper document to PDF

Create PDFs from Scanner interface; clicking the settings or gear icon shows all the settings for the selected option.
