Customer fill&sign

Dear Adobe Community 

I am reaching out regarding adobe's solutions for managing PDF documents and e-signatures. Our company is looking for a comprehensive solution that allows us to easily create forms that can be filled out in the field, signed by our customers on tablets, and then automatically sent to the customers via email.

We are currently looking for a tool that will allow us to do the following:

1. Create Interactive Forms: We need a tool to create PDF forms that include fillable text fields and checkboxes. The form will be filled out by our service technicians in the field, entering the required information.

2. Sign the Document in the Field: Once the service is completed, the customer needs to sign the form directly on the tablet. We need a solution that allows easy collection of e-signatures in the field.

3. Automatically Send Signed Documents: After the customer signs the form on the tablet, we would like the signed document to be automatically sent to the customer's email without any manual intervention from the technician.

Based on our research, it seems that we would need Adobe Acrobat Pro DC for creating and filling out the forms, and Adobe Acrobat Sign for automating the signature collection and automatically sending the signed documents.

I would like to know if the combination of Adobe Acrobat Pro DC and Adobe Acrobat Sign would be the right choice for our needs. Additionally, I would appreciate more information regarding pricing plans and the options for integrating these two tools into our workflow.
