Customising Combo Box Field with ohters

Hello Guys

I've been trying for a while to create an interactive field in InDesign CC 2019, where you only select a type in the uppermost "combo box field" and then automatically fill in the lower text fields matching it. At the moment I only use "combo box fields" as you can see below and the values have to be selected individually.

It seems that this is not possible to do in InDesign. Is it possible to create this in Acrobate? If yes, how you do it?

I would be verry happy about suggestions for solutions!
