Customize the Acrobat Pro DC Toolbar

I apologize if I'm posting in the wrong forum. I am as confused by the forum choices as I am by the newest Acrobat itself ("About" says it's 2015 Release Continuous 2015.023.20056); I don't see a "customization" forum, and the Setup forum seems focused on installation, so I'm here. I'm on a Mac (El Capitan).

I don't care to use the Tools Pane on the right; it takes up too much room. All I want is a toolbar at the top with the tools I use.

I finally figured out how to add the marquee zoom tool and the tool to edit existing text, but I can't say it was easy. "Customize Quick Tools" provides me with a list of categories and a guessing game of which category my desired tool is in. I finally found the marquee tool by right-clicking on the toolbar and going to "Show Select and Zoom Tools". The tool to edit text apparently wasn't available by right-clicking on the toolbar; I had to go back to "Customize Quick Tools" for that.

I'm stuck on how to delete a tool. My toolbar shows a box with two diagonal arrows; hovering above it shows it's the "View File In Read Mode" tool. I don't want it because I click on it accidentally.

1. I right-click on the tool itself and get a drop-down menu. There's no "delete". One of the drop-down choices is "Show Page Display Tools"... I look in the list, but I don't see this tool. I click "Show Page DIsplay Tools" thinking I might get a customization box. It merely adds more icons I don't want to my toolbar... and the one I don't want is still there.

2.  I right-click in the toolbar. I get Customize Quick Tools... with subcategories such as "Create PDF", Edit PDF", etc. I don't know which category this tool is in so I'm at a loss. At the top of this dialog is a "Tools to show in Toolbar" section with the Edit tool I already added available for deletion, but no others. I cancel out of this screen.

3. I'm also trying to get rid of the Save to cloud icon. I've already accidentally clicked on it and it saved my PDF... somewhere. If I right-click on it, I see it is listed under "Show File Tools". But when I click on it in this menu, nothing happens... I suppose that's because it's already on the toolbar.

What's the probably simple way to get rid of tools I don't want in the toolbar?  Thank you!
