Question

Customized Keyboard Shortcuts Acrobat Pro DC

I would like to be able to customize Keyboard Shortcut's in Acrobat Pro DC like in every other Adobe application, especially since the keybinding of zooming in the german/austrian version of Acrobat Pro DC is very strange and counterintuitive! In the settings it say's it's "Ctrl+ + and Ctrl + -" but in reality it is "Ctrl + 0 and Ctrl + 1" which is very uncomfortable to use. Please fix this, i have read/heard multiple times that this is a reoccuring issue, especially for german users. The official Article concerning this topic in the Acrobat Forums is marked as resolved, though multiple users have stated that there is no fix yet and nothing has been done to resolve this issue dating back to 2018... this is quite frustrating when talking about something that should be a key feature

Hi Levin

Hope you are doing well and sorry for the trouble. The option to customize the keyboard shortcut is not yet available. You may submit your request with the engineering team using the link https://www.adobe.com/products/wishform.html

Amal

Hi Amal,

Thank you for your quick response, it's great to see that Adobe is very active in it's community Forum!
Will do, just thought i'll post this here aswell because as I've mentioned above a similiar article in the Acrobat Forum is already marked as resolved - and me and other users could not figure out what exactly is supposed to be resolved 🙂

Just wanted to shed some light on that topic, because zooming really is a basic feature everyone needs! So i figured it should be effortless to do that with shortcuts. I really hope there will be a fix in the future!

Have a nice day!

Thank you

Levin
