Customizing 3D Measurement with Javascript for Tablet user

Hello, Please help me with 3d measuring on Tablet.

For me,  Acrobat 3D measuring is not convenient to measure piping model, specifically on Tablet.

I would like to know it is possible to customize 3D measurement. This is what user wants.
