Custumer support

I have wasted the whole day trying to solve a stupid problem with Photoshop but 4 people could not help me, being busy in something else, apparently and time to time giving suggestions like restart the computer or calibrate the monitor.

I had specific urgencies with detailed problems, screeshots etc., and in 3 hours no one told me anything usefull.
