Daily Acrobat DC licence information getting lost.
For past one month, I keep getting Error 16. I have to daily uninstall and reinstall Acrobat Pro DC. Tried many solutions, on-line support, remote access to Adobe India professionals (Probably as the have no solution to this problem, Adobe has stopped giving service in India!!) Tried all solutions like modifying the SL folder, renaming OODB file as suggested in Forums and Adobe officical help page. Nothing works more than a couple of days.
I am truly surprised that such technological giant like Adobe can not develop a good patch so solve the Problems of genuine customers who have paid a large sum to get the top-end product.
I get following errors randomly, which appear alomost every day, and many time twice or thrice a day too!!!
1. Error 16
2.. IMSlib missing
3. AAM missing.
4. Product is not activated
Why does Acrobat software treat a genuine customer like me as if I am using some pirated copy?
