Dark Blue Box blocking form field

Hey there,
When I try to fill my fields on PDF, since recently, a second box apperas when i click on the fields which blocks the form field. I can skip it by cliking the tab on keyboard, where it jumps to the next form field and i can fill it normally.
I already had reinstalled it and the problem had vanished when it now today decided to occur again.
GPT4 couldn't help; couldn't find anything on Google.
Help is very appreciated.
