Data disappearing

Hi All, 

 

We distribute documents for clients to complete. Once they’re finished, we download the documents and send them to the provider for signature on the day of the appointment. However, we’ve recently encountered an issue: when we import the completed documents into Adobe, all the text fields are missing, leaving only the signature fields visible.

 

Any ideas?

Hope you are doing well. Sorry for the trouble, and the delayed response.

 

Our team worked on this, and a fix was released with the subsequent releases. 

Would you mind updating the app to the latest version (2024.005.20xxx) and letting us know if your issue is fixed?

 

To do so, go to Menu-> Help-> Check for Updates.
