Data is lost when customer using Fill and Sign

If our customer closes a document in the meantime, not all data is saved.

Please share more information on what you mean by "closes document." If you use Fill & Sign to complete the document, please make sure that you save it before closing.

If that is not the case, please let us know if this happens with a particular document. Also, share the steps recipients use to fill out the form. It would be really helpful if you could share the screen recording of what happens.

I send the document with fill & sign to the customer.  The customer opens the link and starts filling it in. The document consists of 43 pages. If the customer stops filling in the meantime and opens again later, not everything has been saved. This does not always happen. What could be the reason?
