Data shifting to different pages when filling out a document

When I fill out a document, the text will stay in place momentarily, but as I scroll to the text page, the text will shift to the wrong page, randomly placed on the page. Sometimes the original text will stay in place, other times it will actually move completely. Either the randomly-appearing text will need to be deleted, or will disappear just by being clicked on.
