DC Keeps Freezing on Mac 10.14.6

This is beyond frustrating.  I am paying for Acrobat and I can't use it.  

I cannot open up PDF files anymore.  The colored wheel just keep spinning.

 

I tried all the recommendations on cleaning out the preferences, uninstalling, reinstalling.  NOTHING WORKS.  

 

I have the error log, but not sure if there is secure info in there.  Please help.

    What is the version of the application? To check the version please use the link - https://helpx.adobe.com/acrobat/kb/identify-product-version.html
