DC Pro and Tags (Accessible PDF): New tag pop up does not show all tags...

No idea if this is a language thing, using Dutch Acrobat, but when I create a new tag in the structure, not all tags are show in the pop up list to choose, just 4 standard ones. I have to create a paragraph tag then right click for Properties, and then I see all tags to set.
Any idea why I do not see this complete list in the pop up when creating a new tag?

Is there a way to edit the list for the first pop up?

Hi,

Can you please provide me Acrobat version number and System details. Also it would be great if you could share a video of the complete workflow of the issue.

Thanks

Rachit

Frans, I get a complete list in the drop-down menu on my system:

Windows Pro 10 with Acrobat 2019 / US English.

Tested it on all 12 computers in our education center, must be a Dutch version thing, we only see 4 tags, not all tags...

Another bug however: lists in 2019 tagged Automatic, are list, listitems and labels in 2019, the same document in 2020... all tagged as P. Solution: Remove link to style, define new style from the selected text, apply that style. So in fact the same style setting.

It seems that all lists styles in defined in 2019 that use Automatic are tagged as P. New

created styles in 2020 with auto tag are tagged correctly. I can repeat this over and over with all our 2019 defined list styles with automatic tag setting, just open the doc in 2019, export, all is oke; open the same document in 2020 and export: all lists are gone and just P.
