De-activate acrobat installation on crashed PC.

My hard disk crashed and I had a new harddisk installed. Now I re-installed Adobe Acrobat DC and tried to register again with my purchased serial number. This failed. I read the support suggestions that I need to de-activate the installation on the crashed hard drive before I can register the installation on the new hard drive.

The instructions to de-activate the from the account page does not work because the options 'activated devices' is not shown there.

How can I activate the new installation with the purchased serial number?

I purchased Adobe Acrobat standard XI in 2013.
