How to deactivate Acrobat XI pro from a dead laptop?

You can't deactivate it if the computer is dead.

If you ran out of activations you need to contact Adobe Customer Service again and ask them for an "activation count reset". It's best you don't mention it's for Acrobat XI at all, as they will probably say it's not supported, which is true but not relevant to this issue. They have to perform this reset so you could use the application. No one else can help you with this.

Call again and insist they do it. If they refuse ask to talk to a supervisor.

You may have to call customer service for both deactivation and reactivation.

Customer service wants to charge me money before they can help me. I had
chatted with them and it seems that there is no solution for my problem.
