Question

Deactivate license Acrobat XI

I have a licensed Adobe Acrobat XI Standard. I have to change PC and need to reinstall.
If I try to deactivate the first license, he tells me "Connect to the Internet and try again, cannot deactivate"
The problem is that the PC is on the internet and is running smoothly.
How can I reactivate the license on the other PC?

Thanks

Acrobat XI is an old and unsupported version, and is no longer compatible with Windows 10 or any other current OS version. To increase the chances of it working properly make sure you have all updates installed (up to 11.0.23) and run it in Compatibility Mode with an earlier OS, like Windows 7. If it still fails, there's not much else that can be done. Just install it on the new machine and if you ran out of activations you will need to contact Adobe directly and ask them for an activation count reset for it.

Updates are available here:
ftp://ftp.adobe.com/pub/adobe/acrobat/win/11.x/
You must use a dedicated FTP client to open the link, it won't work in most browsers.
