I have a license for Adobe Acrobat DC 2015. I installed and activated.  I had  MS Windows operating system issue.  I spent two weeks working with Dell.  They reinstalled Windows operating system several times.  Every time they installed the operating system it renamed my computer.  I reloaded Acrobat several.  Now Acrobat will not let me activate, it says I have two activitations and I need to deactivate at least one to activate my current installation.  Since Dell wiped out the software, I have no way to deactivate them.  I called Help desk and they told me to go here.  How can I deactivate the two activations.

We can't help. Contact Adobe Support again and insist they perform an Activation Count Reset on your license. That's the only way you'll be able to use it again. If they refuse to help, or try to send you here again, ask to talk to a supervisor.
