Deactivating a device with Acrobat Pro 2017 permanent licence

Hi, I purchased a permanent license of Adobe Acrobat Pro 2017 (559.- euros at the time!) and used for many years. Now my current computer returned from the work shop completly reset and I had to reinstall AAP 2017. But I get the message that I'm using the license in too many computers.

Problem is,

1- I have no acces to my old computer (broken) to deactivate the license there

2- The are no devices activated (not one, not two, not nothing) in may Abode account that I can deactivate

3- I purchased the sofware in 2019 and Adobe have ditched me from support

My feeling is that I'm loosing to much energy and time in this and that since I'm a paying customer It shouldn't be that difficult. But that's another issue.

If anyone can give a hand, I would be greatful. Thanks everybody

This is a public forum, not Adobe support.
Users, including the Community Experts, can't provide support for account, subscription, billing, download, or product activation issues. Support for those issues requires an Adobe employee.
Adobe provides support through the Chat function: https://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html?rghtup=autoOpen or through Twiter: @AdobeCare - https://twitter.com/AdobeCare
If the chat window fails to open, then use a different device.
There is no email support, so beware of scammers.

OK, yes. But.

The only support they give to permanent licences like mine is this...:

Aunque quisiéramos ayudarle no tendríamos las herramientas necesarias para dar soporte a tu licencia. El soporte para tu versión se encuentra en nuestra comunidad, donde tiene usted expertos en la aplicación que estarán encantados de atenderle con tu consulta..

Puede abrir un ticket con nuestros expertos pulsando su producto y luego en "Publicar en la comunidad" en el botón azul arriba a la derecha de este enlace:

You can try using Adobe's online chat support to request a license reset, providing your purchase details and license key. Additionally, visiting the Adobe Licensing Website (LWS) might allow you to manage and deactivate previous activations.

...And Chat support says they are no longer able to reset licences. It seems that Adobe is trying not to honor perpetual licences anymore: https://community.adobe.com/t5/acrobat-discussions/adobe-pro-2017-activation/td-p/14504825

I will file a complaint!

That's a mess
