Deactivation Issue - Acrobat XI Pro Win ESD (WW)

Hi

My HDD died and, after fitting a new one I reinstalled Acrobat.  When I tried to activate it I got the message that it is already activated on the maximum number of machines, in this case two.  The second installation is on a laptop.

How can I deactivate the version that was on the failed HDD?  I've tried Adobe Support but was told that Acrobat XI Pro Win is no longer supported by support!

Contact them again. Insist on an activation count reset. Don't mention it's for Acrobat XI. Don't let them send you here, as we can't help you. If they refuse to help, ask to talk to a supervisor. Good luck!
