Deactivation issue: Requires Admin

Hi,

I'm trying to help a coworker deactivate Adobe Pro on her laptop so that we can use the license on another computer. We keep getting the error "Deactivation requires admin authentication, run application in admin mode and deactivate."

The issue is that it gives me the same issues when I'm running in Admin mode. Any advice?

Run as Administrator http://forums.adobe.com/thread/969395 to assign FULL Windows permissions may help... says Encore, but sometimes required for ALL Adobe programs (this is NOT the same as using an Administrator account)
