Question

Dealing with one user with multiple devices in multiple areas

So, I am trying to figure out what Adobe service is best for my use case.

In our company, we have 6 users. Most of which have 1 device they will need to use acrobat on.

However, there is one user who has 5 different devices they need to use. They do not need to be used concurrently, but they do need access to adobe acrobat pro.

To my knowledge, if I wanted to do this, I'd have to buy 8 licenses. 5 for all the other employees and 3 for the singular individual who "floats". Is this the case? Or if they sign out of one device, does that single "floater" get to use it at any of the other stations? In addition to this, it seems they would also need two more IDs (which seems like a bother to me)

In short, do I need 1 license for this person who then signs out of each device, or do I need 3? Is there a better solution to this problem?

Individual retail licenses allow the user to sign out and sign in. But they belong to the individual: you as their employer have no right to manage or transfer the license, or reset their password, or get Their account info; even cancelling the plan becomes impossible if they leave. So you probably need a Teams subscription. Here I am less sure of the details, sorry, but you know where to focus.
