Hello, my bank account was debited for google adobe inc. , but I didn't purchase anything and I don't have any subscriptions, can I request a refund? It's a credit card and the amount changes every day.I don’t know where to turn because I don’t have subscriptions on my google and adobe accounts

You should contact your bank/credit card company and ask for the card to be blocked and the payments refunded. It's most likely fraudulent purchases someone is doing with your CC.
