Hello,

subscripted for a 7-day trial of Adobe Acrobat Pro and canceled it on the same day. I got the confirmation mail for the cancelation "This email confirms that you canceled your Adobe Acrobat Pro subscription. You will continue to have access to your subscription tools and online services until the end of your billing cycle on 01-March-2023 (PT). After this date, your account will revert to a basic, free level of membership."

But Adobe is withdrawing money from my bank account, already twice.

When I login into my Adobe account, there are no active subscriptions shown and also no bills.

What can I do?

Best,

Christina

Hi Christina29373070iawp,

Thank you for reaching out.

Please ensure that the amount deducted was for Adobe services.

This is something that can be better-taken care of by the billing team, as they have access to the information.

We have sent you the information in a private message. Please check your inbox.

Thanks,

Meenakshi

The same thing happened to me 3 times and despite all the chatting with the support team, they promised that they would refund my money, but nothing. I think there is some scamming happening. Whenever I asked them some questions that they can't answer, they will end the chat. It is more than 2 months now and still no refund of my 46$!
