Default PDF URL to Open in Adobe rather than Edge

I've been able to successfully change my outlook to where pdf attachments to default to open in Adobe over Edge, but I have been unable to figure out how to get URL links to PDFs to default to open in Adobe rather than Edge.  Is there a way to get these to default to Adobe as well?

Thanks.

No. URL links must be associated with a browser. The browser, in turn, can be set to automatically open PDF file in Acrobat, though.

The exact way of doing that depends on the browser you're using.

Do you know how to get Edge to automatically open a PDF file in Acrobat?

Thanks!
