Default Size for Check Boxes when Preparing Forms

Hello,

I prepare a lot of forms for electronic completion, and I'd like to change the default size of check boxes for the whole application once, rather than change the check box size every time I create a new document.  Is there any way to reduce the default size of check boxes so that I don't have to do it every time I create a new document?
