Delete a PDF file with a name that is too long

Question

Hello to the community,I downloaded a PDF file with a name that was too long. As a result, I can't manipulate (delete, rename, compress, move, etc.) this file. Would you have a solution for deleting it? Thanks in advance.

Buenas noches... Recién tuve el mismo problema y lo solucioné así... Seleccioné los archivos manteniendo click izquierdo, luego apreté el click derecho y elegí "añadir al archivo..." (previamente tenés que tener el winrar o el zip instalado). Por último, te va a aparecer un cartelito en el que dentro de la opción "general", "opciones de compresión" cliquié únicamente la opción: "eliminar ficheros tras la compresión". Nombras al archivo winrar como quieras y le asignas la ruta que quieras en "examinar"... Como último le das a "aceptar" y ya podes eliminar los archivos dentro del winrar.

When you say that you have downloaded a file, is it an Outlook attachment, or it's downloaded from the web? Also, from where you have been trying to delete?

There's likely a chance that the file you have downloaded is restricted. Its security prevents you from making changes like editing, renaming, or compressing.

Please check the document properties like Open document>Right click>Document Properties>Security>Document restriction summary and the settings.
