delete form fields details from response portfolio

Hello community,

I'm working with distribution files on acrobat pro. My question is : could I change the response form file shown details so the reciepient can't see some info from the original file forms.

I want to delete those info so no one could see them

Do you mean that the file you send already has text in the fields (like test dsadsa you typed) and send blank fields instead?

Exactly, that's what i want to hide as an information.

Scenario: My supplier would ask a question about some project so he would enter the name of his company as field text. I want to hide this specific type of info in the response document porfolio (detail view) so that no one could see the company name ect..

tried to use javascript to make the field anonymous when the text is entered, but in the response file (portfolio), the field is still present.
