Deleted Shared pdf in Acrobat

If a file has been shared with you, it cannot be deleted on your end. The only possibility here will be, that the original owner of the file has removed access from you due to which you cannot see the file.

In such cases, it is advisable to reach out to the owner of the file to reshare it.
