Deleting "Digital ID Configuration Required" message

I am trying to create a signature box in my pdf, but when I preview it, a box with "Digital ID Configuration Required" box pops up. My signers will either not want to deal with it and not sign or will try and be frustrated. I have not had to deal with this before. Is there a way to create a signature box where this box does not appear?
