Demande de signature - association profil

Bonjour, 

j'ai récemment renouvellé mon abonnement d'entreprise pour Adobe PRO.

ma licence a été attribuée à un autre service informatique qu'actuellement et, depuis que j'ai du "changer de profil", je n'arrive plus à utiliser l'outil de demande de signature. 

Lorsque je clique sur l'outil, j'ai ce message: 

Est-ce que quelqu'un aurait une idée? le service informatique me dit que cela doit se gérer dans les paramètres du programme, mais lorsque je cherche, je ne trouve rien.

Le service informatique a l'air de me dire que de leur côté, tout est en ordre.

Thanks for reaching out. It seems the issue lies in the configuration of your Adobe account or the profile permissions within your organization’s setup. Here are some steps you can take to troubleshoot and potentially resolve the issue:
Verify the profile: To ensure you're using the correct Business Profile linked to your enterprise license, check the profile dropdown in your Adobe Account. If needed, sign out and log back in, ensuring you select the Business Account during the profile selection process.
Ask your IT department to confirm that your Adobe account has access to Adobe Sign by verifying the permissions in the Admin Console under Users and Groups > Your Profile. Please also confirm with your IT department that the signature services are enabled in the product profile. This ensures that your account has the necessary permissions to access the Adobe Sign tool.

If the issue persists despite correct configurations, ask your IT department to:
Remove the license from your profile.
Reassign it after 30 minutes to an hour to allow for synchronization between the Admin Console and Adobe servers.

Bonjour, 

merci beaucoup our la rapidité de réponse. 

j'ai constaté que j'avais, en effet, 2 organisations reprises sur le même compte. J'ai donc supprimé l'ancienne, et j'ai pu accéder à l'outil de signature. 

cependant, lorsque j'encode une adresse mail, puis je clique sur "indiquer l'endroit où signer", j'ai un message me disant "échec de l'authentification"

Etant donné que mon service informatique ne peut m'aider dans un premier temps, avez-vous une idée de comment résoudre ce point là?

It seems you are encountering an authentication issue while using the signature request tool in Adobe Acrobat Pro. Below are some steps that may help resolve the problem:

Verify Login Credentials: Ensure you are logged into the correct Adobe account associated with your enterprise subscription. Log out and log back in to confirm.

Reauthenticate Adobe Sign: Re-authenticate or reconnect the service, as this can sometimes resolve authentication failures. Sign out of Adobe Sign and sign back in.

Clear Browser Cache: If you are using the web version of Adobe Sign, clear your browser's cache and cookies, as these can occasionally cause conflicts with the sign-in process.
