DEMO word getting printed in PDF Form

Hi All,

I have created a fillable form in Acrobat and this very form is being used as a template for a web application.The application fields and form fields are mapped to each other so that when the user clicks a button to generate and download the form,the fields from the application are printed on the form.All is good but when the form is downloaded there is a big DEMO word in RED getting printed,which is unwanted.

Any ideas what it is and why is it coming up and how to get rid of it from being printed when downloaded?
