Denied access message

Hello,

 

When trying to use the Fill and Sign requests signature feature I receive a message saying: 

 "Access denied, you do not have access to the service. please contact your IT administrator to gain access."

Then I went to the web to try over there and it never loads. How can I fix this?

Kindly try requesting signature via document cloud i.e https://acrobat.adobe.com and confirm if it is working. if it doesn't work then confirm if you have changed your Adobe ID recently? If yes, kindly refer to this help document:
