deployed acrobat 23 is acrobat reader , won't change to pro after activation.

i deployed Acrobat via Package. All programs are working fine, except for Acrobat, wich got installed as free version. Even if users log in, it stays acrobat reader (all of them got a Adobe ID with a valid license). 

I solved this by uninstalling reader and downloading and installing the standalone-package of adobe acrobat, but we have the issue on all of our Workstations (>100). I tried redeploying but the issue stayed the same.
