  • What device are you using (phone, tablet, or computer)?

  • Are you using the Acrobat app or a web browser?

  • What does the error message say?

  • Does this happen with all documents or just one?

In the meantime, here are a few simple things you can try:

  1. Make sure your internet is working well.

  2. Sign out of your account and sign back in.

  3. If you're using a web browser, try clearing your browser history and cache.

  4. Try using a different device or browser if possible.
