Desktop version of Adobe Standard does not have all editing options available on the web version

I have just purchased Adobe Standard but the tools available on the desktop version are missing much of what is availaible on the web version. I don't want to use the web version, I want to use the desktop version but cannot figure out why so many tools are missing. I've attached screenshots of "All Tools" for both versions.
