Dialog box is too big with HD display

I have an HD display (3840x2160).  The add header/footer dialog box comes up too big - it cannot be resized, there is no scroll, and the bottom of the dialog box is not accessible.  Critical since the "OK" button is down there.  It took me way too long to figure out that there IS an OK button! (I'm new to this app).  There may be other dialog boxes with the same problem.

This is a basic bug.

I did use the workaround of alt-spacebar/move to move it so I could see the whole dialog box, but that's ridiculous and very basic functionality.

When will this bug be properly documented and fixed?

Windows 10

Acrobat 9 is not compatible with Windows 10. As such, there are no guarantees when running it in that environment and problems are to be expected. It's time for an upgrade.

What option do you have selected under Edit - Preferences - General - Scale for screen resolution?
