Dialogue box to buy 'free trial' shutting app down.

Question

When opening a PDF in the standard free Acrobat app, the dialogue box to buy the 'free trial' appears. When I close this dialogue box, the Acrobat app shuts down. I'm running IOS Sonoma. Is anyone else having same issue or have any tips?

Hope you are doing well and thanks for reaching out.

Please remove the application using the Acrobat cleaner tool https://adobe.ly/3HzemCH, reboot the computer and reinstall the application using the direct link https://adobe.ly/3HAfHt0 and see if that works.
