Difficulté pour réinstaller une licence

Bonjour,

Mon organisme a acheté une licence DC PRO l'année dernière (licence LWS). Même si j'avais eu du mal à l'installer à l'époque, elle fonctionnait bien depuis tout ce temps.

Aujourd'hui mon poste a fait l'objet d'une maintenance et suite à cela Acrobat DC Pro a dû être réinstallé. Or, je n'arrive pas à remettre la licence et il considère que je suis toujours en évaluation gratuite pendant 30 jours. J'ai pourtant le certificat de licence complet avec tous les numéros, mais rien à faire, le logiciel ne prend pas en compte la licence.

Pourriez-vous m'indiquer comment faire svp?
