Digital ID appearance cannot be displayed

I'm having trouble displaying digital ID appearances in Acrobat Reader. This issue persists even after a fresh installation or an update.

我安裝新電腦 繁體中文 以樣會無法顯示 改成英文版就正常了

I found the solution! I switched the language to English, and now the digital ID is displaying correctly. I was using the Traditional Chinese version before.
