Digital ID not appearing after signing in Adobe Acrobat Pro DC

I have a digital ID created, and I can apply it to "most" PDFs. However, from time to time I run into a PDF that lets me go through all of the normal steps ... but the digital ID does not appear on the document after I hit sign and save the document. I can't figure out what is different about these PDFs, or what to do to make them accept/save the digital ID.

I have version 2015.006.30306 Adobe Acrobat Pro DC. 

Thoughts?

Sorry for the delay in response.

Is this something you are experiencing: Digital ID does not save between sessions .Try installing the latest update: Adobe - Acrobat : For Windows and check if you still experiencing the issue.

Thanks -- I don't have administrator rights. Our software gets updated regularly.

I've just been opening the PDFs that have this issue in Reader and applying a certificate signature.

Are you still experiencing this issue?

Also, you may check with your IT and ask them to let this application run with Admin rights if the issue still persists.
