Digital ID Password Incorrect

I  am trying to use my digital ID that I recently acquired; however, when I try putting the password that was selected previously Acrobat continues to say that the password is incorrect. What am I missing?

Ah, this is now happening to me! I've used it for years, now, suddenly, my password is "incorrect". I was hoping to see a solution here.
