Hi,

I need signing with digital ID/certificate. Adobe Reader can see my certificate, but prepaid Adobe Acrobat PRO cannot see same certificate.

Where is the problem with Adobe Acrobat PRO?

Thank you,

Jirina

No, there is no issue with Acrobat Pro. They are using indeed the same binary. Without seeing the document, it will be difficult to test. Do you have a test file (without confidential data) that you could share?

Hi @jivi956

I tried on the testfile shared and is able to sign using Adobe Acrobat Pro. Can you please elaborate your steps of signing in both the applications and in which step you are facing the issue in Pro version.

Thanks,

Shakti K

I've tried it with several pdf files. One of them please see attached. I use qualified certificate.

With Adobe Reader it works well, but I would like to use it with Acrobat Pro that I have.

Thank you.
