Do you know if there are any solutions for digital publishing? I have a pdf but I wanted it to be interactive with animations also for mobile devices. Does anyone know any solution to do this without having to go through the Apple/Google stores?

We're sorry for the delayed response and inconvenience caused. You can create PDF with interactive animations for the desktop, however, Adobe Reader mobile application does not support any embedded video or multimedia.
You can fill the Adobe wish form to include this feature or modifications in the existing feature Feature Request/Bug Report Form
