Digital Signature

Hi

I am trying to digitally sign pdf files with a USB token but I am getting the following message:

Error encountered whie signing:

PKCS#11 Error

Error Code: 0x91

I am using Acrobat Reader DC (latest Version: 2021.001.20145) on OSX BigSur

Has anyone faced such a problem?

Hope you are doing well and sorry for the trouble. As described you are unable to digitally sign pdf files with a USB token.

If it still doesn't work, please try to update the version of the token device or get in touch with the vendor of the device for more information.

Unfortunately although the Token with the certificate is visible, when I try to digitaly sign I keep taking the same error:

Error encountered whie signing:

PKCS#11 Error

Error Code: 0x91

Also if I try time stamp the document I also get an error:

SigValue is 178 bytes larger than expected

Using the token in windows everything works fine so I guess it is the Acrobat in OSX.
